No. We don’t feel that it is necessary to act as a middle man between the landlord and the tenant. The more people there are between you and the landlord, the more money you will end up paying. Do you really need someone to point out the view when you are stood in front of the window?
Realtors generally don’t concentrate on rentals and, when they do, they charge a commission to the landlord.
